Executive Chairman

Jerome Hamilton is a well-seasoned public relations and talent booking professional with decades of experience in Jamaica and across the Caribbean.  As Chairman, he provides oversight for the team while bringing his expertise to bear on client campaigns and executions.

​

 Jerome is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of our affiliate company, Headline Entertainment.  At the helm of Headline Entertainment, Jerome has guided the careers of numerous Caribbean artistes and contributed to the success of several marquee festivals and entertainment events.

​

Prior to building the internationally recognized Headline Entertainment, Jerome demonstrated his flair for creating and coordinating flagship events at Solid Agency (which he also co-founded), Jampop and the University of the West Indies (UWI).

Managing Director

​

As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Breakthrough Communications, Carlette DeLeon has embarked on a new phase of her professional career. This new challenge places her in an ideal position to take advantage of her multi-faceted skills in the communications and entertainment fields.

Carlette has extensive experience in marketing and public relations enhanced by keen knowledge of the entertainment industry. Her positions as Promotions Coordinator at The Book Shop and Public Relations Assistant at J. Wray & Nephew Ltd. have also added to her expertise.

Her subsequent stint with Shocking Vibes Productions as Public Relations Officer and her dual roles of Publicist and Administrative Manager at Headline Entertainment provided specific training in the intricacies of entertainment.

Senior Accountant

Raquel Collins is a seasoned accountant standing on a twenty-year career, serving as a key member of our senior administrative team. With an Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Level II certification, she has applied her expertise across the entertainment, financial services, and corporate administration industries.

Passionate about continuous learning, she has expanded her skill set beyond accounting and management, earning certifications in The Business of Entertainment Law from the Institute of Law & Economics, Project Management from the Mona School of Business, Mind State Protocol & Business Etiquette, and Voice & Speech from CPTC.

Raquel is dedicated to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Public Relations Account Manager

An award-winning journalist now a communications professional with extensive expertise in public relations, strategic communication, and brand development.

Candi has a proven track record of orchestrating impactful campaigns, crafting compelling narratives, and managing high-profile PR initiatives that consistently exceed objectives. She demonstrates exceptional skills in project management, media relations, and influencer engagement while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders.

With a strong foundation in content strategy, digital marketing, and media production, Candi leverages creativity and data-driven insights to deliver meaningful brand experiences and drive organizational success.

PR & Business Development Manager

As a tenacious executive with a robust sales background, Faun Fuller seeks to maximise opportunities and optimise business performance for a cutting-edge corporation. With a passion in brand building, communication and collaboration, Faun has conducted marketing research for leading organisations, leveraging customer insight, market needs, and creative positioning to elevate brands under her umbrella.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications, along with certifications in State Protocol, Business Etiquette, and Project Management, Faun is a strategic powerhouse. She could easily be referred to as a “PR alchemist”, having mastered the art of turning concepts into gold.

Over her decade-long career, she has applied her expertise across industries like retail, agriculture, and manufacturing. ​Faun possesses a deep understanding of strategic and business development goals, aligning these objectives with targeted activities to secure new accounts and successful media exposures.

Public Relations Account Executive

With style, grace and intellect at the helm, Stephanie Shenee Alicia Lyew embodies the
Jamaican expression, “Likkle but Tallawah”. A versatile force in media, marketing, event planning and photography, Stephanie has cultivated a remarkable career spanning over 15 years. 

Whether capturing moments through her lens, or the compelling narratives she pens, her authenticity and creativity consistently shine through. Her rich blend of professionalism and ingenuity ensures every client not only feels at ease, but is thrilled by the effective outcome as well.

An organised and visionary professional, Stephanie’s expertise in public relations and
journalism radiates in every project she undertakes. Stephanie’s boundless energy and helpful nature are nothing short of contagious. While, crafting captivating narratives, and infusing her unique creative touch, she fosters a spirit of collaboration and inspires positivity that uplifts everyone.

Logistics Coordinator

A dynamic and results-driven professional with over seven years of diverse experience in
project management, music, and media production, Stephanie Wallace is the Logistics
Coordinator at Breakthrough Communications. In this role, she manages multiple initiatives to enhance organizational outreach, blending creativity with strategic planning.

Previously, Stephanie served as Project Manager and Executive Assistant to renowned
reggae artist Peter Lloyd, excelling in stakeholder engagement and event coordination.

As the founder of Havanie Productions, established in 2013, she specializes in music production, project management, and event planning. A professional singer, voiceover talent, and published author, Stephanie Wallace is dedicated to creating impactful communications and media experiences.

Media Coordinator​​

Guided by her passion for arts, music, and content creation, Pasania Taylor is a goal-oriented marketing specialist who exercises her expertise in content editing, copywriting, and social media management. Being a strong advocate for building rooted relationships, she believes these mediums foster meaningful self-expression and authentic connections.

With over seven years of experience as a Creative Content Producer and Media Specialist, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Technology (BaCAT) from the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech, Ja.), where she specialised in Advertising and Public Relations.

Her dynamic approach and creativity continue to elevate brands and engage audiences effectively, as she hones her video editing and advertising skills to deliver impactful projects across various platforms.
